<p>Hello everyone - I'll get this going. Please post your name (if a student) or your name with D or S after it (if a parent) and where the acceptance is. You can post any acceptances, but best here specifically for theatre majors. Please put BA or BFA in parentheses.</p>

<p>It works best if you put what you're adding at the top of the post, then copy the list from the previous post, and copy your addition alphabetically into the list as well. If you're clever, you can boldface your addition or put it in red.</p>

<p>I won’t put this on the official list, but D got her academic acceptance to SUNY New Paltz. She’ll audition for their BA in February. So it’s only a stepping stone … but it’s a bit of news. She also got invited to interview for the honors program at Adelphi, which looks great. And the theatre dept there told us that it is very common for BFA students to be in the honors program, so she’ll definitely do the interview when she goes out to audition.</p>

<p>It’s all movement! Sometimes this feels like swimming in molasses, but the time does keep going by, and things finally happen! </p>

<p>Just saw online that D was accepted to the University of Rhode Island’s non-auditioned BFA in Theatre; mailed acceptance with more info will follow. D will be so happy to get that letter - a guaranteed BFA! A couple of weeks ago she was deferred EA to a “match” LAC, so this will be great for her confidence going into auditions.</p>
