Someone on the UA Parent of 2019 page said their child got a letter Friday. I’m hoping my son’s comes today :). I am wearing my crimson shirt today for luck. (I know he is in though, I too just want a letter in hand)

My daughter received her letter Saturday.

Keeping my fingers crossed for my daughter to get her letter today and your son’s as well, docndonna! Roll Tide!

DS received his letter on Friday.

Thanks, everyone! Just got an excited call. The letter was there when she got home from school. Wish I had been there to get a video of her opening it!

ROLL TIDE!

DS received his letter today!

Question for those who have received their acceptance letters…does the letter include the offer of merit scholarship (s) if you are so qualified??

@cal8876 Son got his letter as well, and no… it does not have scholarship offer in it. Those come later. Not 100% sure when though. I think it is significantly later though.

The acceptance letter arrived Saturday, and the scholarship letter arrived today.

Both acceptance and scholarship letters arrived today.

Both letters arrived today in separate envelopes.

My elder child, who is a UA sophomore, received her admission certificate, about a week or so after the letter arrived, as I recall. She framed that.

My DS received his acceptance letter and a separate scholarship letter today.

We got our acceptance letter (yay), no scholarship letter today. Not sure why, kind of bummed! I checked Mybama, nothing under the academics tab/scholarship either. My son applied July 8th?

Scholarship letter came today! Full ride!

Yes, scholarship letters come from a different office, so they won’t come in the same envelope as the acceptance.

Congrats to everyone!

Yeah I jumped the gun here folks son’s acceptance and scholarship letter both arrived today…

@mom2collegekids is correct. Acceptance comes from office of Admissions. Scholarship comes from office of President.
