<p>My heart is set on one school - TULANE UNIVERSITY! </p>
<p>But I've been looking at other schools just incase.. I know their applicants this year were numerous! So hmm..about 8 colleges?</p>
<p>I just finished applying to 12... I think that's a pretty good number.</p>
<p>^That's the number I'm aiming for!</p>
<p>I would totally only apply to the 6 or 7 schools I REALLY want to go to..but they're pretty selective so I have all these safeties just in case because I feel like there's that chance I wont get into any of the selective ones! haha I havent really started in depth college research..which is why I have so many schools because they just look good on the outside (pretty pictures, good location..etc)</p>
<p>It's really interesting to see that most people either have alot of a little on their list right now! </p>

other than that...I'm just going to have to wait until I get to visit some other colleges.</p>
<p>Hopefully I'll have an initial list of about 12, where at least a few of them offer EA, so I'll apply to those EA, narrow down my list, if possible, from those results, and then do a few more RD, if necessary. Hopefully no more than 10 total.</p>
<p>I'm currently really interested in about nine schools, but I think I'm falling in love with MIT.</p>

<p>I have 5, one of which is a duh-safety :] My list has been through a lot, but I don't want it to be very big -- 7 absolute max, I think. I want to apply to the colleges that I know really well & that I could really see myself attending ... plus I really don't want to be stressed with apps during my senior year after junior year has been so stressful! We'll see how it ends up 8-9 months from now.</p>
<p>I think there are 10-12 schools on my list. I think i would be happy to go to any of my favorite eight though.</p>
<p>^Yeah I'm completely in love with Yale. Like I can picture myself at Yale eating and living in one of the residential colleges just hanging out and everything!
Which is kinda bad...since it's such as selective school. </p>
<p>Sooo I'm trying to get myself to fall in love with some other schools..like WashU..Duke..Vanderbilt..the state public school..ones that are still pretty selective I guess (besides the state school) but more realistic.</p>
<p>I have.. one or two serious ones. Then about.. ten colleges that are a complete reach. </p>
<p>A friend of mine wants to go to Princeton so I figured I'd copy her and throw an application. God knows that I stand no chance. Hahaha.</p>
<p>Oh, and I need to apply to Yale. I'd probably get off to their rejection letter. </p>
<p>I'd probably end up at Northeastern (slight reach) or a state school. SUNY Binghamton is really nice.</p>
<p>I have fourteen schools on my list. One is on there at the insistence of my parents; two are safeties (one is an ultra-safety). I've got the requisite reach LACs, a couple more matching ones, and a couple of tech schools that I just love. And if my parents/guidance counselor have their way, I'll be adding a couple of Ivies on there. <em>sigh</em></p>
