<p>gaucho8, how were u able to sign a housing contract so quickly? i won't be able to sign anything until june 23, and that is if my name comes up in the lottery system. if it doesn't then i have no idea where i'll be staying. where is francisco torres btw?? is it on campus???</p>

<p>FT is not at campus, it is around 1 and half mile away from campus, u either need to ride bike or ride the bus</p>

<p>They didn't send me my confirtmation e-mail until a day later. Once you get that e-mail you can send in your residence hall contract (which is already available on their housing website) because the e-mail contains your confirmation number. If you don't receive it soon I would suggest calling UCSB</p>

<p>The same thing happened to me too! On facebook! I've been waiting for their e-mail but I have yet to receive anything...Maybe it takes a while for them to activate an account or something.</p>
