Since the whole college application rush has subsided, I am not as active on College Confidential as I was a few months ago.

Before the start of my senior year, I was a Facebook addict. Literally, five seconds after longing out of Facebook, I would log right back in to see if I had received any new notifications. I would even type "www.facebook.com" into the browser bar even if I intended to visit another website; it was a natural impulse, per se. That all changed with the onset of my senior year and the college application process. CC almost instantaneously took Facebook's spot as my most visited site. I had gone from posting nearly three statuses a day to three statuses a week! At one point, I feared that I was losing interest in Facebook. Now that the process is over, and I know where I'm going this fall (Northampton Community College. I was rejected from my dream school, University of Maryland-College Park), CC has lost the luster that it once had. I am slowly easing back into my Facebook addiction (even though it's not nearly as big as it used to be) and CC is slowly easing into obscurity; however, I still plan to continue to use it. I will definitely use Maryland's section as a guide to securing a successful transfer after two years. I will also use other college pages of the colleges I also intend to apply to (Penn State, UGA, UDel, UNC-CH) for the same reason.

How many of you 2013-ers still actively use CC? I know that my reason for using it beyond high school is going to be A LOT different than other users.
