@Pushpa Kamal: It was quite a few years ago now! I’m a rising senior in college. I used cc a lot between 05 and 06, but then interest wanes after you start college.

@benutzer, what college do you go to? Conn Coll?

@puspa…i gave my a levels this june. two years ago i finished my SLC. so it must’ve been the year 2063-64

^Same with me as well.

@think, nope. an lac right in the center of hartford!

hey cc how was ur result?? what was the aggregate?

BAM!!! there’s my 100…whohooooo!

@benutzer, which one?

guys when we are applying to a college do we need the result of SLC?

uhh…i think i want to say, yes?

I would think an SLC certificate would be important. It’s a high school transcript and it can help to substantiate parts of your application like when you put in the number of years in high school you studied a certain subject.

@think i think gave enough clues! :)

@benutzer, ah. so trinity. what high school?

Guys, what the difference between weighted GPA and Unweighted ?

^
additional question.

How to convert grades in to GPA?

weighted GPA: difficulty of your class figures into your GPA. The grade in an advanced class would be weighted higher than the same grade in a regular class, for example.
unweighted GPA: difficulty of class is irrelevant.

converting grades into GPA is easy if you know what GP each grade corresponds to. On a 4.0 scale, if A=4, B=3 and so on, your final GPA is just the average of your GPs in individual courses.

whoa…i thought you had to do complicated calculations and stuff

@benutzer Thanks

is it extremely difficult for int’l students to get into washington univ in st louis?
n has anyone selected their ed college?

hey all, i got through TOEFL today despite being “sickly” sick- in fact, went to USEF directly from bed. Waiting for the decisions now.
Hey ccprofile, how many days did your results take to come in online?

Around 10 days. So, shouldn’t take very long.
