Class of 2014 From Nepal

HMC means???

So, is there anything i can answer for anyone???

About myself,
I m planning to go for Williams for ED.

yes
course rigor does matter a lot
so i’ve heard. And i think the sciences count as a tougher rigor than the EBS combo.

HMC…is it hamilton ?

@am123

GPA 3.25.
so i think go for colleges like hamilton, colby, trinity

HMC stands for Harvey Mudd college…

@duke99
yea thankz… thts what i thought too… just wanted to confirm it… do you think should register my TOEFL before or after my SAT I???

@am123

i’m not really in the position to give u advice on that though. I’m actually in the same position as you. I haven’t registered for the Toefl, but one of the teachers i asked to says i should get it out of the way as soon as i can.

and yes,
I’d also like to know more abt Mudd.
I heard it’s REALLY competitive. Also, if you want to take engineering, SAT II math LEVEL 2 is REQUIRED.

@ donod.

what have you decided to tell the admin guys abt ur grades?
and may i know which college/uni are u EDying in?

If CC is to be believed then there was one acceptance in HMC Class of 2012.

wat is to be done to study in us , germany, canada for the students like me of nepal to get admitted in scholardhip program to study undergraduate in engineering or mathematics ?

hey, why are we posting so much of stuff at cc… i mean colz ma guidance cousillor chiyena kya ho??

most alvl colz ma ta mazza ke huncha ta…

hey <at> nepali, why do you want to know abt so many countires… isn’t usa enough alone to know.??</at>

@highly_amitious
dude, everyone’s not well facilitated like u… there r a lot of guys who don’t have such facilities…

Okay, all I’m going to say is that post#794 just epitomizes narrow mindedness. You need to understand that not everyone here on CC is from an A-level college. Also, even if there is a guidance counselor in a college then that does not necessarily mean that the counselor will be of great help.

@nepali: Could you just narrow down your question a bit?

@ccprofile
agreed.

i dont know if i am set to apply for ED… have to give my sat1 on oct (am very poor in sat), sat2 on nov (havent decided which subs)… and most of the colleges have deadline on nov… and i havent started with app essay… or supplements… so i am not prepared to apply for ED… and i havent thought of any ED colleges yet… will let u guys know as soon as i decide…

hey has any1 given sat1 or sat2… how did u guys do… i didnt do well in both the first time… so am giving again… toefl wasnt that good either… but dnt want to waste money by giving it again…

im so bored with this thread, no intresting conversations… comon guys participate more… make it lively…
