<p>This is in the main thread, but I wanted to show it in a thread title so everyone can see it. looks like State cutoffs will be less than, or equal to last year's historical highs (when commended was 203 and above). good luck to those on the bubble for their state cutoffs, looking forward to Late August for the confirmations.</p>
