Class of 2015 from Nepal

Thanks guys its working now…

This officially 8hrs and unofficially 18hrs load-shedding is freaking me out. How do you spend time at evening when it dark and nothing to do ? No SAT, No college, No CC, No facebook. Now what ?

why do i have to add a colg while using commonapp??? aint it possible for me to just view the form?

i dont know about that but u can see the whole apps by not registering in the first place…

guys can we send attested toefl/act/sat docs to colg ?? coz im planning on 25-30 colz which means that calculating on 17 per colz , im gonna be filthy poor !!!

@BidurNeeti
work on ur PE n start on supps dude !!! thers gonna be no time later !!!

@ Thanks
Can I select SAT Score recipients later ? I am after completing SAT Registration, before exam.

Sorry Guys. I got answer for that.
Collegeboard says: You can make updates to your score recipients for up to nine days after your test date.

@Expeliarmus
Yes you can do that.No need to add the colleges to view the form.Just make your account and then you are done.

I am sure that Trinity college accepts the attested report.Ask the adcoms about this and they will give you the answer?May be seniors too can help us with this.

Most (Almost all) of the liberal arts colleges accept attested TOEFL and SAT scores ( there might be exceptions which I am sure fellow cc member will highlight) Some liberal arts colleges are so liberal with matters like this that they will even accept a printout of the scores from our college-board account with the school stamp on it.
I think national universities, state universities will be more reluctant to accept attested copies and will most probably ask you for official copies.
I am not that sure about the Ivy League colleges and how easily they accept attested scores.

Is there any limit on how many college can we apply ? How many reach, match and safety ? I am pretty sure than I don’t want liberal arts education.

@Bidurneeti
Myan I humbly request you read the posts in the previous years thread.you will get answers to many of these questions you are putting out here.Since we are here to help so let me ans your question.
You can apply to any number of colleges and universities you like;your personal choice.If you want no liberal arts education you are free not to apply to them and apply to others how many you prefer.

do LACs only provide BA? how different is BA in one major n BSc in the same subj?

Bates may not accept attested copies of your standardized tests’ scores.

@RockerOnCC Thanks

Its better to send the original ones to those which seem to be rigid when you talk abt the attested copies and if you are thinking of applying to any IVY league uni…its better to send the original scores to them…they want the original ones and sometimes create problem if you dont send the originals…LACs…almost all of them accept the attested copies…just ask your principal to sign the printed score card, put college’s stamp that’s all.
By the way, you need not goto USEF and pay Rs.25 per attested copy…your principal’s signature is enough…

I dont think discussions about CSS Profile and ISFAA have come up in this thread. Although it may be earlier to discuss abt it I am sure everyone will benifit from it. CSS has a hefty price tag to it and many colleges are very reluctant to accept ISFAA in place of CSS. Although I have very limited knowledge about it because all of the colleges I was concerned with accepted ISFAA. Many rules might have changed this year. I am hoping other knowledgeablt cc members to highlight more about the topic

i prefer CSS though… i dont know its more of a relevant form …

@here123
Can you please list the colleges that you applied which accepted the ISFAA?I donot want have extra financial burden on me.
