ONE WEEK GUYS!
That is, assuming that decisions are released on the 15th.

Turns out, I have so much going on that afternoon - middle school teaching, MIT interview, online math exam. At least it will keep the anxiety away, haha.

I was thinking of just taking it easy on the 15th – get home from school around 2:30-3, watch a few downloaded episodes of QI to put me in a good mood, make myself a nice snack…then hold my breath and check the results. Whatever happens, happens, so I’m trying not to get myself too psyched out!

Good luck on your interviews btw, firelight/boomshakalaka. :)

They do send you an email with a link, but it’s just a link to your UChicago account on their website. you can probably just go directly to your account to check; the time you receive the ‘decisions are up!’ email is not necessarily when they posted the results.

haha yeah, I have holiday volunteering that afternoon. I promise you that I will be bringing my laptop and checking the website every five minutes. :)

We have to wait for the official date tho. 15th is the norm, but it’s not official. I hope Chicago’s announcing it soon: it should be next week, or at the latest, the early in the week after that

^No 15th is by assumption like last year, but the date is unannounced before hand (except on the day of the release itself, so its basically a surprise). Essentially, it’s sometime next week.
