<p>Allen: The roommate stuff has been pretty rough. Don’t want to do random because of not knowing but at the same time, I am not liking the people I am meeting on Facebook, for a large percentage. Yet, all of the people I meet on CC are fantastic. I have heard from everyone to go to East Halls!</p>

<p>Allen4083- I visited both south and east halls. It depends on what you’re looking for. If you want to be surrounded by all other freshman (which i don’t suggest because it will probably be hard to study and very loud) then go to east because that’s where most freshman choose. South is super nice! It’s really beautiful and close to downtown. What i suggest is considering West. It has the nicest view and super quiet. It seemed to have cleaner bathrooms than east and a wider variety of ages. Let me know what you think!</p>
<p>To everyone, I got my coming days status and I received a decision online 3 days later. The letter came about 5 days after the coming days status. By the way, my picture was of the dreaded lion, so I thought I was not getting in, but it turns out I did get in, so dont loose hope!</p>

<p>i applied at the end of october but still haven’t heard. i applied for theater and i’ve scheduled my audition. should i be worried that im not in academically yet? or do none of the theater applicants get in to the school until they audition?</p>
<p>theaterguy94- I’m not sure about theater, but I know for nursing they said that first they evaluate you for your major (so they would evaluate your audition) and THEN they let you in for undeclared if it’s your second choice major. They said they do this for all majors so i’m assuming that’s what they’re doing for theater, but don’t take my word for it. If you don’t get accepted for theater though, make SURE you call to ask them to review you for your second choice major. Good luck!!!</p>

<p>My status was changed to “coming days” on January 24, and on the 26th, I received both the accepted status on my MyPennState account, and my acceptance letter in the mail. So have hope.</p>
