4 AP (calc,stat,phys,chem) all others honors
a few geek activies (NHS,NSHS,SSHS…)
Also got accepted to Drexel today w/$19500/yr merit scholarship. Tough decision.</p>

<p>Futard1 - Congrats on your acceptance to Penn State and Drexel. You sure do have a tough decision ahead of you. My son is a freshman at Penn State in Engineering. Both of your stats are almost identical (yours slightly higher). My son applied to Penn State in September and was accepted to Penn State (summer) in January. He applied to Drexel, but did not receive a merit scholarship. This goes to show you every point counts!!! Good luck in making your decision.</p>
<p>My status just changed to “will be posted in the coming days”… how long until I found out? The picture stayed University Park. I applied for summer.</p>

<p>How does your son like the program so far? I’ve heard that it’s very challenging. I’m probably going to go to PSU. I have friends who’s stats are similar to mine who didn’t get $ from Drexel either. The only thing we can see is that all my scores were around the same on the SAT, about 640, where as my friends had some in the 700’s but others in the 500’s. Who knows. Thanks for the encouraging words.</p>

<p>I applied during the veterans day weekend.
I have a 3.81 gpa yet I did bad on my sats…1620.<br>
I took 16 college credits so far during the past two summer breaks (gen chem 1, gen chem 2, ochem 1, and ochem 2) and had As in all four courses.
I am in state.
I applied as bioengineering major, selected summer session just in case.<br>
Would any of you guys believe that there is a possibility for me to at least make summer session?</p>
<p>Got the coming days status yesterday…political science major. This is pretty nerve wracking haha. I want to know so bad. I heard that by Monday I should find out…what is the longest anyones waited for a decision since they got the coming days status?</p>
<p>for those of you that have already heard back (congrats, btw! 
), what does this message mean?</p>
<p>“Your application and high school transcript have been received and are under review. Please continue to check your status.”</p>
<p>or does it mean exactly what it says, and i’m just stressing over nothing?? haha</p>
<p>@lavertieestbelle it means what it says haha. I kept getting confused with those. It might change to something along the lines of we are reviewing your credentials but the one that matters most is the coming days one I think</p>

<p>I had that “under review” status for awhile but when I got the “coming days” one I received a decision within 5 days</p>
