I know it says “at the end of the day”… but y’all know I’m gonna be checking every 10 minutes from the moment I wake up.

Same Marleegrace, im checking all day too, and ive already planned to leave school early.

@dechkthehalls thats exciting though, it will be earlier in your day! and i completely agree, having last years scandal behind us makes it a bit easier to face this one, but that thread from last year is really upsetting, I read it too!

I’m going to try not to check during school but it’s going to be hard. I just don’t want to have to deal with rejection in front of everyone just in case. But the second I get home at 2:30 I’m not doing anything but checking. Where are you all from? I’m interested to see. (I’m from northeast Mass.)

@calvinl I live in western mass! You think we’ll get the results by then?

i live in NJ!

Oops I totally read that wrong…the stress/anticipation is getting to me…

The impatient facial expressions of the students in the picture on the bottom of the Application Checklist/Results website https://aisapps.vassar.edu/applicants/chkl/images/widephoto/wide-4470.jpg represent the impatience I feel whenever I read “Please check back for your decision at the end of the day on December 10th.”

HAHA wow I’m so distracted and can’t get any work done because I just want to know already.

I’m trying to work on scholarship applications but it just feels too much like doing the Common App all over again and I’m not really getting very far hahaha this sucks I JUST WANT TO KNOW

We’re gonna be the first thread with a 100% success rate, I can just feel it ;)

Oh my gosh for real, though, KAYAKS. I’m mostly worried about myself getting in, but I want everybody on this thread to get in, too! An acceptance letter would be bittersweet without all of you guys getting one also <3
That said, if I get rejected, I’ll probably resent anyone who got in hahah. Human nature… sigh

Hahah deckthehalls I could not have said it better myself!!

Totally agree haha I wish all of the best to you guys! I have a good feeling about all of us getting in though. But everything works out in the end no matter what, we all just have to remember that :)

I’m sure most of us will! Typically, people who post on these threads a lot are conscientious and care about the schools that much that their effort and passion shows on their app as well. Idk haha. But best of luck to everyone!!!

Hello! I’m just a friendly 2016-er popping in really quick to help you guys out. By “end of day,” they mean around 4-5 PM. I was accepted ED I and got my acceptance letter around 4:30, I believe. The first thing I did when I got out of school was take a nap to pass the time faster, a highly recommended course of action. Good luck, I hope you all get in! :)

Thanks for the tip! My school goes until 5:05, so I’ll be in my acapella rehearsal when decisions come out ><

Thanks! I don’t know that I’ll be able to fall asleep (since it’s already keeping me up at night) but if I can manage that would probably help :)

Haha I wish I could take a nap. Ill be watching TV in an attempt to distract myself but…

thanks @seamus ! really helpful, I can not freak out at 2 when I end classes on monday now haha

My school gets out at 4:20, and my teachers are just going to have to deal with me checking my status in class.
