Class of 2018 Decisions

and you say “acceptances”…did you mean notifications or just acceptances?

@stevekaelin @nostalgicwisdom Friday, March 21 or Friday, March 28?

how do you know that they’ve finished reading applications @nostalgicwisdom ?

Any updates?

http://www.pomona.edu/news/2014/03/21-admitted-students-day.aspx</a>
This is happening! Pomona just mailed their decisions today!!! I can’t believe how nervous I am right now, with Pomona decisions coming the same week as Ivy Day.

Anyone know what kind of mail is used?

It’ll probably take two weeks to get to me :(

@TrinidadJames22 It doesn’t matter. As a fellow international, I’m in the same boat as you. According to my friend (ED I applicant), you can call 3 (I think) days after the posting, so March 24th US time for a decision. Yeah I’m not looking forward to that call in the event of a rejection.

Wow, what a nice surprise! I was really settling in to wait for April 5. Good luck to everyone. A third of youse are 1st or 2nd in your high school classes. That’s sick.

Acceptances will be sent via FEDEX

Man, I’m far away but too scared to call :((

International acceptances, or domestic?

Both international and domestic per admissions

@ripak14 Priority mail or Economy? Trying to track on Fedex

@TrinidadJames22 how can you track it on Fedex without a tracking code? Or did you receive one?

@malikh95 Just using the estimate tool on their site.

IDK. I am international student and mailing service is HORRIBLE here… I received a letter from another school marked end of January 5 weeks later…I want to know but I am hesitant to call in case I am rejected…awkward… haha I just hope Fedex does better than USPS in where I live

Kinnda embarrassed to ask this. But how exactly does Fedex work? I’m an international and all I gave them was my post box address…will the package arrive in the post?

Um…depends. It sometimes just drop off at the address and sometimes, like my situation, we have to go get it at our apartment lobby.

Hmmmm interesting! I hope they gave them our phone numbers just in case!
Good luck everyone :D

FedEx is very efficient. I believe they will deliver just about anywhere in the world in a day or two. In the US they only deliver to street addresses, not to post office boxes. Not sure how that works in the rest of the world.
