Wow @cath102 your D’s stats are great! Best of luck to her in her college decision! I’m sure she will have many great options. With those stats she should be able to grab some great scholarships!
I agree with the notion that a deferral or wait list with quick acceptance after the big deadline puts that school on the back burner for many students. Its a numbers game and a risk that the schools take with deferring so many qualified kids. Its crazy to pay $65K at PC if you can go to a more competitive school for less and for boys to not have to share a room with three others freshman year.
My son got into Northeastern last year, deferred/accepted at Bentley. As soon as he was deferred at Bentley, it went off his list very quickly. He is at Northeastern now and very happy.
I received notification in the mail of acceptance into the honors program, was anyone else accepted?
I got accepted into the honors program today as well. I was very surprised because I thought admittance into the honors program came with acceptance letter

My son got the 60% scholarship, but did not get a letter today… Then again, his acceptance seemed to come after everyone else, too… just trying to figure out if the 60% scholarship means he’ll be getting a letter…Thank you!

No merit though, how does PC’s financial aid compare to other schools?

Did anyone deferred from EA apply EDII?
My daughter was deferred from EA and applied EDII. Still waiting to hear - hopefully they mail them this week.
That is what my daughter did as well. It seemed like admissions posted a few days before letters went out for EA and the first ED but I have not seen anything yet regarding EDII. We are anxiously waiting. Good luck to your daughter!
Same to yours! I have been checking their FB page - and haven’t seen anything yet. But I sent admissions a message last week and they said they hoped to get the letters mailed by 2/15. Hopefully they are still on track for that. We are in NJ and it is a holiday weekend, so we may not get till Tuesday. Very anxious here as well!

I heard that Admissions mailed on 2/15. We probably will not get it until Tuesday.
Our son received his packet today in the mail. ED II …we live in Central New Jersey. He was accepted
Ugh we live in North/Central NJ and we didn’t get anything today. I guess we will be waiting till Tuesday!
