In a couple of weeks, college classes begin! I’m not quite sure what I should do organization wise though. My current class load: CHEM 1211, a seminar we call FYOS, PHIL 2010, and SPAN 1110 on MWF, PSYC 1101 on T and TR with CHEM 1211L on Thursday. Should I use a 1" binder with individual notebooks for each class or should I use a 3-5 subject notebook for all of my classes? I feel so lost haha! I think that handwriting notes would help me learn information faster, so I would like to stick with that. What worked best for you and what do you recommend?
It depends. Are your classes scheduled back-to-back? Or do you have time (or plan to) head back to your dorm in between certain classes?
If you don’t plan on going back to your dorm to change out binders/materials, go with the 3-5 subject notebook. Otherwise, go with the 1-subject notebooks, so you can selectively take them along with you.
Again, it depends a lot on how you like to organize your own notes. I was (and still am) someone who prefers to just organize classes in 1-subject notebooks each. You might think differently.
