class selection to transfer into Notre Dame

I am a freshmen at a top Liberal Arts College and am looking to transfer into Notre Dame. I originally applied and was rejected. my high school info included:

GPA: 3.7
SAT: Math 690 Verbal 610 Writing 550
ACT: 30
four years of varsity baseball, numerous hours of community service, member of national honor society, a program to mentor freshmen, a math tutor, Fellowship of Christain Athletes member, teacher at church's sunday school program, and others.

Right now my GPA for the first semester is about a 3.62 but it can be raised next semester. I am playing collegiate D3 baseball at my school, am involved in student senate, am organizing a plan to improve living conditions in the campus' dorms, and am involved with the the fellowship of chrsitian athletes here.

The problem with going to a small school is that I am unable to get all the freshmen classes in. So far, I cannot get another science in. I am worried that my completion of the freshmen courses at my college will affect my chances of getting in. Does anyone know what admissions does with students who cannot complete one or two classes on the freshmen course studies? can i take summer classes and mention that in my application?

Thanks for your help.
