Hey everyone, so I read on the BU website that we can apparently take classes at Harvard, MIT and NEU? I was wondering how that worked out.

Does it apply to everyone? Do we get some kind of credits for this?

I would also really like to know the answer to this…

Whoa, this seems super interesting…

Yeah, I talked to one of the professors during the luncheon and he said we can’t take classes at MIT/Harvard but I’m pretty sure he said we could at northeastern.

I asked him since MIT/Harvard shared some classes and they were near by if anything like that was there for BU, but he sadly said no.

Just check with an admissions officer just to be safe

It’s not what I’m doing, but apparently if you’re an African Studies Major you can take classes at Harvard??

[BU | African Studies Center | About | History |](http://www.bu.edu/africa/about/history/index.html)

There are probably gonna be some GPA requirements that go with it, but other than that I don’t see why you couldn’t.

i found this.

[Boston University - Office of the University Registrar - Registration and Classes - Cross Registration](http://www.bu.edu/reg/registration/crossreg.html)

Cross-registration is certainly possible; you just have to advocate for yourself, be on top of forms and procedures, and make sure that the class you want to take isn’t offered at BU!
