What?
I got accepted to a college ed 2 yesterday, does this mean I need to withdraw my application 2 days before the decisions come out
It would be the right thing to do because it may open a spot for someone who really wants to go to Clemson. Congratulations on ypur ED acceptance!!
Congrats on your acceptance, and yes, it’s the right thing to do and may open a spot for someone (like my D) who has their heart set on Clemson.
Yes, it doesn’t matter when decisions for any of the other schools you may have applied to came out, whether it been 2 days, 2 hours or 2 weeks. When you are accepted ED, you are expected to withdraw out of the application process of others schools entirely at that point, as ED is binding.
please withdraw to give someone else a spot who would actually attend
I am going to withdraw guys dont worry
Some changes to the portal today. The withdraw application link has been removed from my daughters portal. Hoping to hear some good news soon.
Yes, same for my son’s portal. Still says awaiting decision but withdraw is gone
That means it’s soon!! Good luck everyone!
Gone here too!
Hey guys:) Does anyone know approximately when Clemson sends out the finalized merit / scholarships / government aid FAFSA financial aid packages? Anyone who has had previous kids apply / go there? Not asking for a specific date just an approximate month or week. Thank you
So any chance it’s today? Just tried that hack someone posted. Wonder if that still works
I think it’s possible and definitely would be interesting and fun if they decided to do it on Valentine’s Day. But because the withdraw section is gone, if it’s not today I’m fairly certain we will know tomorrow.
mine is gone too
They always say FA/Merit Scholarships will be posted in iroar by the beginning of March; last year early consideration decisions were mailed at the beginning of February, honors college decisions were released just before 6pm via email/application site on 2/14, and merit/FA was posted to iroar the morning of 2/18. It varies each year.
Would be cute to do today…but hey what do I know!
It would be cute if it were today
I read in last year’s discussion that they caught wind of, and fixed the hacks. Now everyone gets the "token doesn’t match what’s on record” message.
Yeah; several of the '24 parents called admissions to complain the hack wasn’t working correctly
LOL, they actually called to complain about a “hack” not working??!!!
