Doubtful that anyone is working late on Sunday, especially Valentines Day. But it is possible.
When my daughter’s “awaiting decision” portion disappeared, she received her decision later that day - good luck everyone!

It’s hard to say; there have been kids in previous years who applied as late as January who still heard with the large notification in February, hopefully she hears soon. Good luck!
