As far as VTec, someone who knows someone in Admissions posted it on the VTech 2025 thread, and it makes sense bc they were released the third fFri in Feb last year according to the 2024 thread … educated guess really though .
Lat year VT announced it would give decisions early on Saturday and then they released them on Friday?!?
I hope so, but they more than once commented that they can’t confirm what day or time decisions will be emailed. I took the post today that they are getting ready to mail the packets today with portal updates coming shortly thereafter! I hope I am wrong and all decisions are out today, sooner rather than later!
I am in the same boat. Waiting on Clemson and VT.
I feel like packets were probably mailed out Saturday because if you look at a video posted on one of the Instagrams of an admission counselor at Clemson they took a picture that they posted 5 days ago, the day they filmed packets being put together.
And they’re all wearing the same clothes in the Instagram post along with the video, lol
That’s what my son is waiting on too!!
Another school I’ve seen says 5:00 pm for that very same reason you offered - all of the online activity at once will slow down the server(s), and thus they want it to be after normal business hours. Hopefully it’s much earlier than that. Best of luck to all!

There is no mail today… federal holiday. So email?
My sons portal no longer says “you will hear by mid February”. Anyone else see that change?

MSCOTT6- The video on the portal says they are advising by email and mailing out the packet, as well.
