Hello All! My teen visited the campus this Summer. It is his “long-shot” school and top, but he is being realistic too. If you were accepted, could you please let me know your GPA (weighted and non), ACT/SAT scores.
If you were accepted to the Bridge Program as well, what were your scores.
If you were accepted to the January or Summer Program- same as well?
Many thanks! Have a blessed day!
I am not in the target audience for your question. However, if you look at the Common Data Set for Clemson, Sections C9-C11 will give information about GPA and standardized test scores for students who matriculated in a particular academic year. This might help in evaluating admissions prospects.

Instate or OOS matters, too.
In state it is still competitive, but the stats will vary. Instate a weighted 3.8 or higher with decent test scores has a good chance. Clemson also prices out as one of the most expensive instate publics with less merit than USC or College of Charleston, so they can accept more instate knowing that many will not accept.
Majors will impact this as well. They might get in, but not get their first choice of majors.
All bridge program acceptances I heard of were for the summer - Instate and on these forums.

My son applied for admission Fall 21. He was accepted for January start with a 3.8 GPA and 32 ACT. He was applying to the Computer Science program. I would definitely say it will depend on which program he is applying to. Some programs have limited number of spaces.
Wow, he has high stats - surprised he didn’t get fall admissions. My brother has 1380 - applying for PSY - how are his chances? 90 GPA UW
