Anyone know anything about this? I'm planning out my summer right now and I'm thinking about applying to session II of this so it'll be right between Key Club International Convention and Boys State, and Boys Nation if I can get elected senator.

But if anyone can provide some more information on this program or provide recommendations for other free summer programs, preferably in economics or business, willbe greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Also, I received something from a company called Questbridge. Anyone know of them? And should I consider applying to programs at the top tier schools that require tuition & fees if I apply for Questbridge?

Ehh I was just wondering if Questbridge really did cover the tuition to those other programs. I'm curious if this program at Clemson has any backing, it is limited to 60 students a year.

pirate - I'm also applying to the clemson program. I'm not sure if it's very well-known by colleges out of the southeast, but it is free--so it's definitely not a scam or anything.

Awesome, yeah true, I was just curious since it's right between Boys Nation and ICON so I won't be home for a while, but it sounds good, my friend is applying for it too. I'm a junior btw.

I'm thinking of applying for Clemson Summer Economics this year. Does anybody know anything about it? Has anybody attended this program before?

It's free and only 1-week so it can't hurt. But I want to know how prestigious this camp is if I put it on my college apps, does it show that I'm being very productive with my summer at a competitive program? They only take 30 students per session, making it appear like admissions is competitive.

If this is like any other purely fun and recreational summer camp, I'd rather spend my time interning or taking a class at community college.

sorry to bump this, but did anyone apply? i contacted someone at clemson, but they said that the program wont be held this year. i wouldnt ask because of the notice from the clemson econ dept, but the previous post made me think that there was an application period for the 08 summer.
