So, basically I am a in-state student for South Carolina and earlier this year I applied to Clemson University (early admissions). I have no idea how but I applied with Physics as my major and I don’t know how that happened, I accidentally must have selected it and not seen it when I reviewed my application. I was home-schooled for my first two years of high-school not in the state of SC, so none of my credits transferred as honors. That put my class rank at like the top 20%. Anyways I was deferred to the Bridge program for Physics and I couldn’t decide if that was what I wanted to do, so I waited. And two weeks after I received the letter I attempted to enroll except the program and the wait list were full. So I just appealed for a major in Language and International Health, which is what I originally wanted to do. I have terrible math scores, but my language scores are extremely strong on the ACT/SAT. I have done a little volunteer work for the local hospital, marching band, VP of Science club, recycling coordinator, and I have competed in testing competitions. My grades are all A’s/B’s, with one C in AP Calculus. I am just so nervous, because I love Clemson so much and I just want someone else’s opinion or experience.
