Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to decide between Clemson & Ohio State and I need to decide within the next couple of days. I'm planning to major in Digital Production Arts/Graphic Communications. Both schools are Dreamworks partner schools and have similar programs. I have visited both schools and like them both. I received a better financial aid package at Ohio State and it's closer. Having said that, I've always wanted to go to school in the south. The only thing I'm worried about is how small the town of Clemson is. Does it seem boring after a while?
Any opinions would be great! :)

Thanks!

sms42492, on paper it looks like Ohio State might be a better choice if they are similar programs. You mentioned that you received a better financial aid package at Ohio State. Would you be able to afford Clemson? (any loans you would need in addition for Clemson?) An idea of how much more it would cost to go to Clemson might help me out with any suggestions I give.

As for the town of Clemson, if you’re from a major US city or town, there’s no doubt that Clemson will be a lot smaller. That being said, if you get involved on campus and find a group of friends, it will be hard to get bored. The university puts on events every weekends and I always find activities to do with student organizations/clubs as well as stuff with my friends.
