CLEP Chemistry??

I am planning on CLEPing Chemistry and Calculus....

Calculus would be easy, and I could fin a few resources for prep but Chemistry doesn't seem to be popular, in fact college board itself isn't providing Chemistry Guide!!

Is there any particular reason for it? Is it really tough or is it just unpopular??

EDIT: If you could provide some prep resources (for both especially Chem) or point me in the right direction, it would mean a lot! :)

If you join Instantcert (discount code 85722), you’ll have access to even better advice on the specific exam forum. It’s only for members. I’ve found it very worthwhile.

Hey! Look in the website: [Free Practice Clep Tests!](Free Practice Clep Tests! - Free-Clep-Prep.com) and follow instructions. You will find 3 practice tests. I practiced with those and passed Chem CLEP with 61. I only studied for 15 hours approx although I knew a big amount of material from before. Good Luck! The test was harder than the samples, but still easier than AP samples I found…

I passed it in March of this year with a 53. It was by far the hardest CLEP exam I have taken. I studied exclusively by taking practice exams. I took five of them. I probably would have done better had I done more practice exams, and spent more time googling the terms I was unfamiliar with in the questions and answers as I reviewed the test.

Hi,

There is list of MOOCs and fee online courses to prepare to CLEP Calculus exam [CLEP : Calculus preparation and study guides. Comments, ratings, feedback.](http://myeducationpath.com/exams/68/Calculus.htm)

I am planning for chemistry clep next week.
Would like to approximately how much is the weight-age for problems and so for theory questions.
Any suggestion or experience for last minute is greatly appreciated.

My suggestion would be to read over the exam description on the CLEP website – always the best first step! There are links provided in posts above that I suggest all the time. If you are truly interested in taking the CLEP Chemistry exam and doing well, I would suggest that you read over the posts in this thread before just adding on your post.
