Clubs over Sports?

Would you prefer clubs over sports? Or Sports over clubs? They're both important.

What you focus on more depends on what you are good at.

I second Lindsey.

I made varsity soccer so I gave up cross country. I've been thinking about clubs because if I stay with varisty soccer I'll probably be captain for 2 or more years ,but I can do only Model UN and my leadership positions.

We can't know what you like to do more. Sorry.
Right now I'm not in any clubs (just because I don't like clubs) and planning on wrestling this year.

Notice my question with "You" as the pronoun. It's a question directed at you guys.

I would go with clubs; sports u hav practice like evry day, but u could join a few clubs w/ that time. It really doesnt matter, do what u like best. I thought i was the only one who didnt play sports frosh yr but if i did, i woudnt of gotten 2nd highest gpa.

Sports definitely, I've gotten so much out of sports that I would never have gotten from a club that meets like once a week at the most

sports i think...cuz in general excepts for huge clubs everything isnt organized in clubs and i get really annoyed when things arent organized...and yeah..sports are a good change from school, and clubs are a little similar...not really..well...a lot of the time you have to think :o

clubs for sure, not only do you get variety but also you can help out places like doing fundraisers in book club and saving the forest in environmental club, way better that just exercising when you can do that anytime.

sports. clubs over sports would never cross my mind.

yes, I go with sports over clubs although I do both.

I go with clubs because not everyone is talented at sports, but with clubs there is always one that fits your personality.

I dislike most sports and the one that I truly love (track) is not offered at my school. I tried to start a team and I already had the coach, interested players, and everything. However, it was turned down by the athletics department.

I fancy the clubs I'm in more than any sport my school has. If you are an athlete, however, continue to play sports. If you spend a healthy amount of time on either one, one isn't "better" than the other. Simply personal preference.

Hey just a general question - how long do soccer games usually last?

clubs over sports for me, I suck at every sport.

But would colleges prefer sports or clubs more?

=_=' . . .

Do what you love. If you really love what you do, then your passion will shine; colleges will know.

Nothing for me. We have no good clubs. And I'm too lazy to do sports.

I'd start a club. But I really don't think there would be enough people interested.

Yea my school sucks that way.

Thanks and Chaos Theory, you're location quote is awesome ^_~
