CMC vs. Babson vs. UT Austin's McCombs - How Would You Compare Them?

A friend of mine is lucky to get into three great programs - CMC vs. Babson vs. UT Austin’s McCombs. These all have much to offer any young aspiring business major. How would you compare them? Of course McCombs has high national ranking in several business majors, but Babson and CMC offer consortium advantages. And Babson has #1 ranking for entrepreneurship. How significant is that rating to post graduation prospects? How do CMC graduates fare in enjoying employer recruiting on campus? All three are great choices, so would you decide among them? Many thanks.

I’d choose between CMC and Babson because you can’t replicate the undergrad focus.
Choose McCombs for an MBA.

I think CMC is the clear choice unless your friend wants a big university experience.

Claremont McKenna for a great West Coast experience, UT-Austin for big school experience : Babson for Boston & New England.

I would select the University of Texas at Austin or CMC depending on whether you prefer a big university or an intellectual consortium of small collages.

Any major cost difference among your three options ?

@Publisher Thanks for your question about costs. Yes, Babson and CMC will be much more expensive so that will be an important factor.

Thanks to all repliers to the OP question. Any insight into post graduation prospects for the three schools? Do employers favor one over the others? Is Babson well known mostly in Northeast, but not elsewhere? Is CMC’s reputation similarly regional on West Coast? Or are they nationally known and respected? Thanks again.

If there is a significant cost difference, then University of Texas–Austin as a direct admit to McCombs has to be given serious consideration. CMC is an exceptional school.

Being top rated for entrepreneurship has little significance unless you had definite plans to go solo.
