<p>My friend is taking that class and she said that there was a waitlist at the beginning of the semester. I don’t know how long it was or how many people from the wait list got in, but they give preference to cog-sci majors. So if this class is especially important to you it would probably be safer to sign up during phase 1.</p>
<p>Definitely Phase I. At least for Fall 2011, it was super popular. I signed up in phase I (admittedly towards the end) and was 23rd on the waitlist or something. (I eventually did get in however)</p>
