College Admission Transcripts

So I’m a Korean ninth grader and I’m almost through my second year of middle school. I am currently planning on going to the US as a tenth grader. The thing is, our term starts in March. When I was submitting transcripts for US private high schools, there were lots of issues about transcript reports.
This is because in Korea, I’m a year younger, and there are also six years of elementary school here. So basically, there’s a two year difference when it comes to school. (I applied for my second year of high school when I’m in my second year of middle school here.)

Thus they couldn’t really understand it and I had trouble bc I had to submit three years’ transcripts but only had two for middle school. (They were like, if you’re in ninth grade, how do you only have two transcripts? Shouldn’t you have four, or at least three?)

I started to wonder if this will effect my college admission as well. As you see, when I get in as a tenth grader, I will not have my freshmen grades. And the only replacements I have are middle school grades. I actually have a B, does the grades from middle school go in for GPA/transcripts instead of my freshman grades? Or do they just count the three years I spend in the US high school?

I explained as well as I could, but I’m not sure if you guys understood. I know it’s rlly complicated!
