College choice

I need help wit choosing a college to go to. I am now in my senior year of high school, I am taking A levels.. I wanted to know what universities or colleges do you recommend me to go to( I need one that is GOOD and relatively inexpensive). My dad told me he can afford paying around $26000 for tuition and all other living expenses. He said he is OK with sending me ANYWHERE as long as the college or university is good and as I said affordable and of course teaches in English. I am going for medicine, oh and I also have a Spanish passport, just mentioning it because it might help with anything.. pleaseeee help, I am lost.......
oh I cancelled the US because I heard that we study science for the first three or four years before we can go to medicine, so medicine there or in Canada is not good, other suggestions???

So, are you saying that you don’t want to go to college in the US or Canada? Why not just go to college in your own country?

Did you take the SAT?

Your college must teach in English but can’t be in the US or Canada? That would leave the U.K. or Ireland, right?

yes I have taken SAT 1 twice, and TOEFL, I am thinking of taking SAT2 as well.
I can’t go to a college in my country for soooooooooo many reasons.
You see, I am palestinian but I also have a spanish passport, and I live in Saudi Arabia, universities here do not allow non-saudi students to study medicine!!

or any american university that is not in the US coz in the US it’s a different system.
I heard of two american universities in Spain, but I don’t you if anyone recommends them?

Sounds like you should focus on UK universities. Does your Spanish passport give you EU pricing for tuition?

that’s the problem, I’m not sure it does, coz I have heard that I need to have lived there for 3 years in order to pay EU fees. which I didn’t :(
