<p>All excellent schools, all with a "consortium" of schools with which you can cross enroll for classes. Do you prefer mostly sunshine, or sunshine with a few months of snow?</p>

<p>I don't know many details re: Swarthmore or Haverford, but I have heard that the Claremont consortium functions quite differently in practice. A consortium set-up is of great benefit no matter the details, but in Claremont, it's less of a "beneficial option," more of just...the way of campus life. Transitions are more or less seamless. On a day-to-day basis, taking classes, socializing, eating, trekking, etc. across multiple campuses is the norm, not the exception.</p>
<p>Swarthmore, Haverford, and Bryn Mawr are in a Tri-College consortium.</p>
