College dropout looking to transfer after Academic Dismissal

Okay, let me give you some backstory. I went to UCR and got academically dismissed. My gpa was 1.564 cumulative (i know don’t judge me) So fast forward 2 years, I reenrolled at OCC, SMC and GWC and have a community college gpa of 3.8. My cumulative gpa is currently 2.6 (worked my ass off) and I applied to CSUF, CSUN, SFSU, SJSU, UCSC,UCLA,UCSD, and UCI. I also applied to USF and USD. what are my chances of getting in ANYWHERE? has anyone been through this? has anyone been academically dismissed and them been able to get back into a school? I currently have over 70 units. If I get into a school I plan on going to summer school, fall and spring and finishing by spring. do you think that possible?

PLEASE ADVISE

I think the UC’s are pretty much no, since anything below 3.0 will be very difficult. What is your intended major?
SJSU publishes their GPA thresholds for transfer students each year. If you are above their threshold from last year, you stand a good chance. SFSU and CSUN are probable. CSUF, USF and USD are will be also tough.
