<p>So I did a college interview with Syracuse about a week and a half ago and today I received a post card from my interviewer. To sum it up, she said that it was great to meet me. Does this postcard mean anything? Do college interviewers send postcards/emails to everyone? I'm pretty sure I did a pretty good job too. I'm just curious if the postcard shows a good sign or if it's done to everyone. </p>

<p>How much does the interview help? I’m encouraging my daughter to interview when they come to our city but she is extremely reluctant. She likes Syracuse a lot, it’s in her top 3 but doesn’t think she’ll interview well and that it would actually hurt her chances because of how nervous she would be. Thoughts? </p>
<p>My son was excepted ED to Newhouse and he had an interview that he said went terrible, so I don’t think the interview counts for much.</p>
