College of Arts & Science or College of General Studies?

Hi all,

I am planning to apply Regular Decision to BU, and am wondering whether I should specific my interests in one of these two colleges. I am currently Undecided, but am leaning on the social sciences, like International Relations and Economics.

Would really appreciate your answers.

Choose CAS but indicate that you are willing to enter CGS.

I’ve been told that CGS is made fun of by BU students.

Oh please. My kid was a student at BU. He NEVER made fun of CGS students. Fact is…once they are juniors, there is no difference between them and any other upperclassman.
