How hard exactly is it to get into the CoC at UCB??

I’ve also been wondering the same. I’m a chemistry major at Cal State Northridge and I’m interested in transferring

CoC is extremely competitive to get into - Berkeley’s Chemistry, ChemE, and others are consistently ranked #1 in the nation. Difficulty wise, it’s probably almost as hard to get into as EECS.

Note, however, that you can major in chemistry in the College of Letters and Science as well. But chemical engineering is only available in the College of Chemistry.
