Can anyone please tell me if I can skip Reading and Writing Composition B with a score of 4 on AP Lang?
Do I need to get a 5 on AP Lit?

The top link is for College of Engineering, and the bottom link is for College of Letters of Science.
I assume that you are in College of Engineering.
Therefore, you can’t skip Reading and Writing Composition B with AP credit.
Even if you get 5 on AP Lit, that doesn’t matter.

CoE only allows exemption from R&C A with a 4 on AP English (either). CoE students need to take R&C B regardless of AP credit.
L&S allows the same for R&C A, but also allows exemption from R&C B with a 5 on AP English literature.
smh does that mean I don’t have to try really hard for a 5 on the AP Lit test tomorrow since I’ll have to take R&C B whether I get a 4 or a 5? I wanted to get into upper division English courses, but I’m in CoE so I guess it doesn’t matter. why the lack of a university-wide credit-granting system for basic English courses?
@scarletwitchx I was thinking the same thing LOL I guess I’ll just not try as hard for my AP lit test tomorrow. Good luck on your other exams that actually count towards our college credit (if you’re taking any)!
