<p>I haven’t lived there myself, but I have heard 2 girls talking about it on separate occasions. BTW, a lot of these “quasi dorms” are very similar…college place, campus crossings etc etc. I heard that the place is decent to live, but the managers are somewhat crappy and there’s usually a party every single night even though the rules say that shouldn’t happen. But, if these 2 girls (women, whatever) survived for a year, I’m sure you could as well.</p>
<p>From scouring apartment ratings near campus in general, it seems like all the highly rated complexes are far far away from UA (hey that rhymed!)</p>
<p>But, if you’re bum on on-campus housing you really don’t have much of a choice on such short notice.</p>
