<p>Freshman is in dorms now but planning for next year. Any feedback on these? Are they party towers? Are they Greek? Cliques? I’m sure it depends on the renters each year, but do any of them have stereotypes? Looking for a place that allows for studying yet partying too. Or is there another desireable place off-campus?
