College REC letters

<p>So I'm having trouble figuring this out...
I'm applying to about 7 schools on the common ap and about 2 that aren't.
So i see the section labeled 'school forms' and some say 'completed by councler, or teacher.' I'm wondering, on the teacher form, do they hand write it or what? Do I have to print 7 copies of the common ap and 2 of the others and have them fill all 9 out? And if so, I should give them 9 stamped envelopes filled out with the addresses? And for the guidance REC it says to make sure that they include my high school profile and official transcript, so do I have to get that 9 times too?
Also for the teacher RECs, should I give them a copy of a resume or something like that so they know a bit more about me?</p>

<p>If you're mailing the form, then yes they have to send it to each school separately.</p>

<p>You can fill out the form once (a lot of the info is for you to fill out) and then photocopy it, though.</p>

<p>If your teachers don't know you well enough to mention your achievements then including a BRIEF list of accomplishments and activities can be helpful.</p>

<p>Yes, you should definitely give them a copy of a resume. It'll help them write the letter. And yeah you give them each 9 stamped envelopes. The commonapp one can be photocopied, and you can write (see additional page) in parentheses and they can have the letter there. That way they can just print out 9 copies of the letter. I wouldn't say to handwrite ALL of the stuff on the form, just the stuff it asks you (some stuff like 4 words to describe the student).</p>
