College recs for communications?

Can anyone help this junior with her college search?

I think I want to go to a small college, so I'm looking at NE liberal arts schools but possibly schools like Northwestern.

I'm looking for colleges with strong communication/media/journalism programs. I'm really interested in going into broadcast journalism (radio, think NPR). I'd like a school that has great student publications and theatre, internship opportunities, and also a strong political science/history department.

Stats-wise, I think I'll end up graduating with a GPA of 4.0 weighted (possibly 4.1 if I pull off an A in APUSH) and I haven't taken the SATs yet, but I'll probably score within the 2100-2300 range. By graduation, I'll haven taken APUSH, AP Euro, 2 years of AP english and a mix of hon and regular classes.

I'll have excellent recs, I have a hefty writing portfolio of published articles etc, I'm very involved with the school paper and I'm doing intense volunteer work (journalism-related) this summer. I'm going to Europe this summer, but that probably won't help my chances much.

I'm afraid that the fact that I'm not a strong math/science student will hurt my chances of getting into a great school. I took honors science in 9th and 10th grade (earning me b's in bio/chem), but I took hon. environmental (I'm getting A, haha) this year and I'm taking academic physics next year.. and even though I skipped a year in math, I've taken regular math classes in high school (getting b's in 10th and 11th) and I'm only taking half a year of statistics next year (I'll probably get an A, but it's only half a credit).

Can you think of some colleges (reach or match) I should look at? I have a legacy at Goucher. It looks like it has a lot of good programs for my interests and encourages internships, but their average SATs are much lower than what I'll get so I'm worried it's not a very academically strong school.
Thanks, I'd appreciate any suggestions!
