Do most people give their college reports to their deans or counselors? I've gone back and looked at a couple of past forums on this and most of them say the dean, but what about the evaluation? My counselor would be able to give me a better evaluation since I've seen him more, but is that really all that important?

Who fills out the form varies with the school, so you need to ask. No, the evaluation on this form is not important, it is mainly to see that you are in good standing at your current school.

Whom do we ask ? The registrars office? I mean, when I go to the registrars office and request that my transcripts be sent to the colleges Im applying to, do I give them the college reports at the same time? Also, are college reports, statements of good standing and deans reports the same thing with different names? I hope I dont have to go to my advisor because I really dont like her very much, shes kind of standoffish and I know shell feel offended that I want to transfer.

Yes, they are all contained in the CA College Official’s form.

I would say to go to your advisor first, but in your case, try first at your Department if you have one or at the registrar.

I can’t thank you enough for all your help entomom!
