I was just wondering if it was possible to send in a resume of your extra-curricular activities to various colleges? If so, is it beneficial towards your application or does it have a meager impact?

You will list your ECs on the common app. A separate document isn’t necessary although some schools allow for resumes to be uploaded.
Do not send anything separately unless the college specifically states you can send in a resume. If not, just list your EC’s on the college application.
