Recommendations - Hoping to be excellent

High - Duke, Stanford, John Hopkins, Cornell
Medium - Drexel, Rutgers, University of Sciences, Georgia Tech
Low - Purdue, Stevens Institute of Tech, University of Rochester.

Preferred Major - Biomedical Engineering

Feel free to give me more names of colleges to enter in any of the categories. And also change or delete from the above list. Thanks for your input.

High - Carnegie Mellon

PS: University of Rochester… definitely medium btw.

if you are viewing, pls lend some help!

for U. of Rochester I already have $30,000 scholarship if I get in. So, U. of Rochester in Medium! Done.

Is Duke better or Carnegie Mellon? for engineering?

any good safeties?

WOW CONGRATS! On the 30,000 scholarship… I’m very jealous =]

And hmm… Purdue is a solid enough safety I think.

thanks… but I would like to apply to three safeties in case something terrible happens! Do you have an safety in mind?

The fact that you have DREXEL listed as medium and U of R as low makes me lol.

Maybe add University of Delaware as a safety?

You want to do biomed and you don’t have Rice listed???

:/

Maybe she doesn’t like rice…jk. But it is a bit odd that the OP listed University of Rochester as low.

Johns Hopkins and Duke are both really good schools for BME.

High - (Duke/Rice/Carnegie Mellon), Stanford, John Hopkins, Cornell
Medium - University of Rochester, Rutgers, University of Sciences, Georgia Tech
Low - Purdue, Stevens Institute of Tech, Drexel

Hows the list now? My first preference is JHU but I know its really hard to get in.
Which one is better…Duke, Rice, Carnegie Mellon? for Biomed?

Also, can I put Boston University for Medium? How is BME there if anyone knows about it?

how about University of Pittsburg?
