I know that I'm probably getting annoying, but I'm just so nervous to start college. I think I may have developed a mini social phobia. And, I know that it's only community college, but I think I will be better when I go away to a university because I won't know anyone from the university, so it will hopefully be easier.

Do you get judged in college like you do in high school?

Are their cliques in college like there are cliques in high school?

Is community college like high school?

Yes and No - ppl are more mature in college than in HS, but nevertheless, human beings will still be human beings. Hopefully by my statement there you can infer my answers to your questions.

Nobody cares what you do. As in life, most people are too concerned with themselves to worry about you.

Cliques tend to be just a group of friends. They’re not evil.

Don’t know, never went to a CC. Probably not, though.

Do you get judged in college like you do in high school?: Sometimes, but for the most part not really. Nobody cares enough about you to bother.

Are their cliques in college like there are cliques in high school?: At my college, no. It wasn’t very social so nobody really knew anybody else. My high school had 6,000 students so there weren’t really any exclusive cliques there either, though.

Is community college like high school: My community college was almost exactly like high school. I even had most of the same classmates. Most of the classes were a bit different but that’s about it.
