College Transfer Mess Up

I am applying to transfer to a university after being in community college. this is the fall of my third year here in a nursing program. I filled out my application to transfer but I think I messed up. Here are my two problems:
-I put 3rd year fall as my application (there was a 2nd year option) and I don’t know if that is correct and if it will impact my application or my eligibility to be accepted.
-I applied to the rn-bsn nursing program, but I don’t think ill be able to get in next fall because I don’t have all the general education requirements finished yet and I won’t be able to do them in time, but I want to finish those at the university. Will I be able to still take classes at the college even though my application says rn-bsn program? like don’t I have to get accepted to the college first before the program even considers me?

if these are wrong could I withdraw my application on TheCommonApp and resubmit with the correct information? the thing is though for the rn-bsn thing it makes you chose a sub school within the university to apply to, so it was my only choice

This university also has a deal with my community college guaranteeing admission but I am still worried that something I have done wrong may affect this.
lol I have worried so much about this and I need answers.
