I applied early admission to university at albany, and just recieved a letter back saying they want a mid-year report. Does that just mean their undecided about me? Or is that a nice way of denying me? Or do they do this to a lot of students...? Help please!

Every college requests a mid-year report for every student. They just want to know for sure you are going to school senior year and that your GPA did not drop to 1.0 for your fall semester. It doesn’t mean anything other than that.

For early action applicants at Albany that is usually a sign that they want to see more on you before deciding, not that they have decided to deny your admission.
