I called the CB from 8AM ET to like, 2PM but I keep receiving the message that I should call during business hours, which are Monday thru Friday 8AM-9PM. So confused. Called them on the 2nd of January because my December subject test scores went missing. Anyone know why this is happening? They took calls on New Years day. I dont know why they wont take them on the 2nd
The best way I have ever been able to get in touch with them (in less than 24 hours) was to e-mail them. After they received the e-mail, they called back to discuss the problem. Good luck!
@AStudent2015 they emailed me too, but never called. Maybe because I’m an international student.
I guess I’ll have to wait for Monday now!
