quote from collegeboard.com:

"In-depth test coverage helps you fully understand the new SAT's math, critical reading, and writing sections - $69.95 for 4 months."

Does this mean they will restrict us from the online course site once our 4 months are over?! Do we have to re-register and pay?

hmm. i got my account free from my high school though. and i think i have been signed up for much more than 4 months.

what school do you go to?

My school gives us free MyRoad accounts for a year or something. Although they're completely useless.

wats ur school 6 digit code? lol

Wow. My school doesnt even give us free Kleenexes (we each have to bring 2 boxes at the beginning of the year.)

Oh, our rooms don't have tissues either. We have to go to the bathroom and use paper towels. Though two years ago my teacher told everyone to bring in a tissue box at the beginning of the year for two extra credit points. Then again halfway through the year because we used all of them up :P.

Well, we were given access to MyRoad through our school. If we set up an account, we got extra credit in American Studies (a required class). I honestly don't understand why you would want an account though...

Paper towels! How amazing! Our school doesn't even have paper towels in the restrooms anymore. So, we found a new use for pants. They say they made too much of a mess. I suspect something more financial!

That's disgusting. You should sue your district :P. But seriously. Aren't they promoting an inhygenic (sp?) environment? You should encourage your school board to use electronic hand dryers. They're more environmentally friendly and don't make a mess.

well we have a few. but they are always on the fritz!

I want an account!

Our school is trying to save money. You have to walk around to find a good bathroom. Being an art (music) student is awesome. The bathrooms are the best in the school and so is the waterfountain. They're renovating the school this summer (I HIGHLY doubt they will finish by school starts) so that all may change. I'm slightly excited! But who would think a school with a site like this: garlandowls.com would be so cheap?! :O

The site's decent. But, I wouldn't say that their investment into site doesn't match their investment into the facility. The site's not anything that outstanding to make me think they weren't cheap like most schools.

I guess being interested in Computer Science makes me a sceptic. I should mention my school's site, www.hallco.org/nhhs , which is never up to date. It even features a picture on the homepage of kids who aren't even students at our school! Just some clip art photo put in by a outsourced webmaster.

thecmpguru, do paper towels include toilet paper?! 0.0

I like how the topic of this thread changed completely. Props to ShadowOfAnEnigma.

Hahaha! Well, it still looks tight. Ours is the best I've ever seen that's actually updated.

Hmm... your school allows facial hair?

;) What can I say? My years schooling spent in excruciating boredom have honed my ability to exploit a possible tangent. .
