@EdifiedLiterate The test will not actually provide anything new I believe, because they are previously administered tests. If they were new tests CollegeBoard would have stated " Random Number new never administered tests " some BS like that.

First of all, I am coming to this thread late. I have purchased the latest blue book and it is exactly the same as 2009 blue book except it is $32 at bookstore and has a useless cd with one extra test which happens to be freely available on CB website.

Not sure if they have changed anything. It was first released in April and then recalled within a couple weeks around the time they announced the upcoming renovation of the test.

@larryraskin the book didn’t’ even come out yet so I have no clue on how you got it. You may have purchased the 2nd edition.

@billcsho I agree, I highly doubt its anything new

I was meant to say “The *text will be useful in many aspects, especially because it will provide new tests.”

I’m assuming that some tests not included in the 2nd Edition of the Blue Book can be included in the 3rd Edition of it.

@ivykid96

Look up BanTheSAT if you want to join a petition.

I don’t care about the SAT anymore but i’ll check it out

Oh god, I hope they don’t change the test when I am in school. Once 2015 rolls around they can go for it :P

Lol… I just bought my the second edition. Oh well.

What’s going to be on the new SAT? I’m just glad I’m in the class of 2014 lol.

Vocabulary ( i think ) will be taken out, and they will change the essay part, you lucky dirty sock :(

Wait, when are these changes occurring?

Fritz, just read the previous posts.

Wait, now I’m mad. I suck at vocab. AGGHHHH

They’re taking it out…

Ivykid, I think he mans that he will be gone before it switches, thus missing out on a test without vocab.

Ah just read it in the correct context. My fault :(

Guess I’ll just have to buckle down on essential 500.

Amazing vocab book

bump anything new?
